After installing the theme if you want to add pages without importing demo content from the .xml file. Follow the below steps.  

• Go to WordPress Dashboard -> Pages -> Add New. Enter the page title – Front page/Home page.  

• On the right sidebar of the editor screen under the Page Attributes select the Home page from the Template dropdown list. Now click on Publish to publish the page.  

• After creating the Front/Home page you have to set it as the homepage for your website by going to customize options select Homepage settings it will take you to Your homepage displays click on “A static page” Radio button on Homepage dropdown select the Home page and under Posts page click Add a new page and name it as Blog.
